Athletic Reprogramming refers to the programs designed by “Iron Will” Roberts.


Over the last two and a half decades Will had the privilege to train with some of the most cutting edge authorities on health, fitness, and performance in the world.

As an avid learner, Will accumulated knowledge from all these different experiences, and added his own revelations to put together a program that has been wildly effective at removing pain while safely improving strength, speed, flexibility, and overall athleticism.

They are a perfect balance of strengthening the body without simultaneously damaging the body like most traditional workout regimens. These programs have been utilized for professional athletes and weekend warriors, injury recovery and fat loss, as well as young children to the elderly.

They are completely scalable meaning you never have to work through pain regardless if you are training for high level performance for your sport or trying to get out of pain so you can play with your grandkids! The programs include isometrics, plyometrics, light weights, heavy weights, and various other implements, when appropriate.

Once you are in the app, just message your coach SHOULDER PROTOCOLS, KNEE PROTOCOLS, etc, and they will add the program onto your "calendar".

How It Works

Unlike most programs that you simply purchase, download, and then you are on your own to implement it...this is an ongoing, interactive coaching experience! We utilize an app called TrueCoach that operates like a personalized, interactive calendar.

This is where we deliver the actual programs, workouts, and coaching.

Within TrueCoach, you will see your daily workout (on your computer or smartphone) along with directions, descriptions, and video demonstrations from Will.
You can even send in videos of you doing your sets and receive feedback on your form from Will and our coaching team.

This is what sets this program apart from most! There is no point in doing an exercise wrong.

Perfect form is the cornerstone of a good program!

There are videos showing how you progress from the lowest level to the highest level. There are set benchmarks that you work towards on each individual exercise, as verified by a coach.

When you sign up, you will be invited to use the TrueCoach app that we use for the daily coaching. You will download the app and receive a message from your coach, and you will be assigned “Reverse Engineering” as the first step.

When you have accomplished the purpose of “Reverse Engineering”, you may advance to the next phase of the program.

“The slow player in youth hockey. The fast guy in the pros!”

The feedback was always the same from nearly every coach I had: “Nice kid. Hard worker. Kinda slow.” Growing up with aspirations to play professional hockey, I was trying everything I could think of to see results. I lifted heavy to get strong. I did olympic lifts and sprints to become explosive. I did agility drills to get “fast feet”. Nothing worked!

At least, nothing worked until I started looking outside the box of traditional training. I have had the privilege to learn from some of the best strength and performance coaches in the world. I have carried those lessons on and added my own revelations to create something that has been truly life changing for myself and everyone around me. I call this “Athletic Reprogramming”.
